Join Dairyland Sports as we continue our Mindful Movements program - a hybrid group fitness program offering both in-person and on-demand opportunities. Mindful Movements is the perfect opportunity to improve your overall fitness in a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment for all abilities & experience levels. 

  • Group Fitness, in-person or on-demand! We welcome both seated/wheelchair & standing/ambulatory athletes of all physical abilities, ages, & experiences. Group fitness classes are developed & led by Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, Austin Schyvinck. Join us for in-person workouts in the Greater Madison community, or enjoy recordings of the workout via our YouTube channel at a time and place convenient for you. You choose!

  • Weekly educational videos! Enjoy educational videos on various topics including how to build motivation & confidence, the importance of teamwork, developing personal and athletic goals, defining success, and much more! Educational videos are proudly presented by Certified Mental Performance Consultant and Founder of The Mental Clutch LLC, Jenna Fuchs.

  • Home exercise programs developed by UW Madison Doctor of Physical Therapy students to help improve your fitness & performance for the summer competition season.

  • First 50 athletes to register receive a FREE Mindful Movements Workout Kit including t-shirt, resistance bands, customized workout journal, workout towel, and more!
