Wisonsin's Premiere Para Sports Event!
Dairyland Games is Wisconsin’s first and only multi-sport competition for youth and adults with physical disabilities that is sanctioned by the national leader in para sports – Move United. Dairyland Games is Wisconsin’s premiere multi-sport competition offering the unique opportunity for adaptive/para athletes to qualify for Move United Nationals, the largest, long-standing annual multi-sport event in the United States for youth and adults with a physical, visual, and/or intellectual impairment who are classifiable under the International Paralympic Committee’s classification system. The Dairyland Games was originally established in 2016 to provide an opportunity for local Wisconsin athletes to compete and qualify for Move United Nationals, but the ultimate goal each year is to demonstrate the power of sport, build awareness, and improve accessibility to adaptive and para sports in Wisconsin and across the Midwest!

- Athlete & Volunteer Check-In: 4:00 – 5:00pm
- Athlete Warm-Up: 5:00-6:00pm
- Powerlifting Competition: 6-8:00pm
Powerlifting Event: Level 2
*Athletes ages 14+ are eligible to qualify for Hartford Nationals. Prior experience is recommended, but not required. Newcomers to the sport are highly encouraged to attend to learn more about the rules, regulations, and opportunities that the sport has to offer!

Event Details: Come help Dairyland Sports celebrate 10 years of the Dairyland Games! FREE entry for athletes, family members, coaches, sponsors, volunteers, and community supporters! Entertainment will include cash raffle, Crave Brothers cheese gift basket (it is Dairyland Games after all…), giveaways, ice cream, music, photos of Dairyland Games history, and more! Come hang out with us and celebrate 10 years!

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You will be contacted by a member of Dairyland Sports as applicable.
A panel will be present on-site to offer National Classification appointments for athletes who require a new or updated National Classification. A National Classification is NOT required for participation in the Dairyland Games, but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it allows for maximal fairness in competition, and is REQUIRED for athletes who qualify/compete at national or international events. By confirmed appointment only – please sign up for interest in classification during registration for the Dairyland Games.

Please make sure to indicate you need a National Classification appointment during registration, and we will contact you. Arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment.
Event Registration
We are dedicated to providing the best possible experiences for our athletes so that they may reach their highest potential and, most importantly, we hope that all athletes are able to make meaningful connections with other peers and community members while enjoying the physical, social, and emotional benefits of participating in sports.
1. Registration
We use Simply Register to collect information and sign up for events. Register for Dairyland Games by clicking one of the following links below.
Early Bird Rate (Feb 1 – March 16) – $75
Standard Rate (March 16 – April 26) – $95

2. Book Hotel
Please be sure to book a hotel or other appropriate lodging at your earliest convenience, as hotel space may be limited for the weekend.
If you require assistance with lodging, feel free to reach out to us for recommendations on local hotels/lodging that may be available.

3. Classification Appointment
May 1 & 2
A classification panel will be present on-site to offer National Classification appointments for athletes who require a new or reviewed National Classification status for track, field, and/or swimming. National Classification is NOT required for participation in the Dairyland Games, but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it allows for maximal fairness in competition, and is REQUIRED for athletes who qualify/compete at national or international events.
TRACK & FIELD CLASSIFICATION
Due to a recent change in which USATF is now governing the track & field classification system, athletes will need to obtain a membership with USATF to participate in track & field classification in 2026. Get your USATF Membership here. Please forward confirmation of USATF Membership to classification@usatf.org. Then, complete the Medical Diagnostics Form (see button below to download) and send the completed form to Classification@usatf.org.
SWIM CLASSIFICATION
Swim classification is governed by USOPC. A membership with USOPC is not required. Please complete the Swim Medical Diagnostics Form (see button below to download) and send the completed form to NPCUSAClassification@usopc.org
LAST DAY TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSIFICATION: April 10
National Classification is NOT required for participation in the Dairyland Games, but is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it allows for maximal fairness in competition, and is REQUIRED for athletes who qualify/compete at national or international events.
